The Fletcher class destroyers were built in the largest numbers during WWII. In all 175 ships were constructed in the class, They were convereted for many different types of use, some even carried aircraft and a few were used as fast landing craft. After the war 6 of this class were taken over by the German navy with the numbers D170 to D175.
The most prominent changes are to the bridge, and the addition of the (winter garten) The plan shows the German version with details of the changes to this type of vessel. The plans are very detailed and all text is in German
