Shipping & Returns

Dean’s Marine wants to keep our customers happy. If something is wrong, please let us know.
Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date & receipt of delivery provided that the goods are returned in original packaging and in saleable condition with return cost paid by the sender.

At our discression, a checking and re-stocking charge of 10% will be deducted for unpacking and checking returned kits.

A full refund will be given less any cost of delivery and re-stocking charge.

However, if you are making an exchange, we will send the new order out to you with no additional shipping charge.

Do not hesitate to ask questions before purchasing.

Claims must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your merchandise carefully upon delivery.

All returned merchandise must follow these 3 steps:

    1.      Send us a quick email. Include your name, order date, item you would like to return and why you are dissatisfied.

    2.      Pack the merchandise securely and in the original box.

    3.      Send insured package to:

Payments

Payments can be made by Sterling cheques cleared though a UK bank - Money transfers - Bank transfers - Post Giro transfers - Pay-Pal and Credit/Debit Cards.

We accept Euro’s and Pounds, there will be a surcharge for certain payment types!

We are open on weekdays between 9am and 4pm GMT, to accept Credit Card Details over the Phone.

Shipping

How will my order be shipped?

We ship using Interlink Express Parcels LTD (DPD). Dean’s Marine makes every effort to ship all orders within 2-3 days after payment. Please allow 14 days for delivery, Monday through Friday (except holidays).

What are your shipping rates?

All shipping rates are based on the weight/volume of your items and the location of your shipping address. Exact prices are not known until you enter your Country in the shipping option box. The shipping options and cost box will open once you have added an item to your shopping cart.

How can I track my package?

If you have an account with us and used that account to purchase your order, you may log in and your order history will appear including when Shipped.
